Secure Cloud Deployment
Will Pickeral, William Belle LLC · support@williambelle.co
Your app works. It runs on the hosting your AI tool came with, or on your own machine, and now something has to change: a customer asked where the data lives, or you are about to launch, or the tool has hit what it can do.
From $2,500, plus what your cloud provider charges to host it. A fixed quote before any work starts.
What You Get
Your app running on cloud accounts in your name, set up by a developer rather than by a default.
- Your app reviewed for security issues before anything goes live. What I find gets fixed as part of this, or it gets written down and priced, and you decide.
- Everything your app runs on written down as it is built, so the whole setup can be rebuilt exactly. Not notes after the fact — the setup itself is the document.
- Login and access controls configured so only the right people get in.
- Future updates go live by themselves, so a change never depends on someone remembering the right steps in the right order.
- Backups, and a check that the app is up, so you hear about a problem before your customers do.
- A written handover covering every account, password, and security setting. See an example.
Who This Is For
An app that does not hold protected records. If yours holds health records, financial or tax data, or legal matters, the rules of your field ask for a written record that they were met, and that is a Compliance-Ready Deployment instead. Same engineering underneath; the difference is the evidence.
If you are not sure which you need, that is a good question for the free review.
What It Costs
From $2,500. What it costs depends on how much there is to set up: how many parts your app has, which rules apply, and what has to be fixed first. You get a fixed quote before any work starts, and it does not move once agreed.
Separately, your cloud provider bills you directly for hosting. Not me, and with no markup. The written plan you approve at the first stage names every service you will be billed for, so you can put those names into the provider's own calculator and see the monthly figure before you commit. See pricing for how both work.
How It Runs
Three stages, each one a thing you can see: a written plan you approve, the deployment itself, then the handover. Nothing starts until the plan is agreed, and you are never asked to trust a stage you have not seen the end of.
What Stays Yours
The accounts are in your name from the start. Not mine, not an agency's, not a reseller's. If you and I stop working together the day after handover, nothing about your app stops working and nothing needs my permission.
You can read exactly what access I hold and how it is logged.
